Chesapeake Commissioner of the Revenue Ray Conner celebrates retirement
A large crowd of well-wishers gathered on the 6th floor lobby to extend congratulations to Ray Conner on his retirement from the City of Chesapeake after 34 years of service as Commissioner of the Revenue.
Sheriff Jim O’Sullivan made Ray Conner an honorary deputy as Vice-Mayor Rick West looks on.
